I’m going to hit the gym today and hopefully be able to do some weightlifting as well as elliptical. I am going crazy without my cardio release.
Crippling top-of-foot-pain has officially put me out of commission until next wednesday when the doctor can look at my foot and tell me what the fuck is going on. I could be a big immature baby and go running on it but I’m going to be an adult about this and rest so that I am not crippled for life.
AND MAYBE GO CRAZY IN THE MEANTIME.
