The big Sweet potato is organic…and .68 cents a pound.  The small reddish sweet potato is a Japanese sweet potato…. 2.79 a pound.  The difference is the location. Big cheap sweet potato was purchased at a road side market with no air conditioning. Little japanese sweet potato was purchased at the local health food COOP….    Don’t get me wrong, I effing LOVE my COOP, but Jesus H Christ.  BRIGHT SIDE= Sweet potato fries that will be mine. YES.
